LIMITED TO DEATH
So when we received our new LP in the mail, we were psyched. Psyched, that is, until we saw that Fedex had punched the boxes holding our LPs to death.
Unfortunately, the carnage left 40 jackets completely fucked and un-usable, as you can see here:
Thankfully, the vinyl itself was completely and totally unharmed, and nothing can outdo the indomitable will and can-do spirit of this fucking local band so we rolled up our sleeves and said “how do we still trick people into wasting their ducats on this record?” we came up with a conclusion so dastardly, so maddening, so… goddamn crazy that we simply had to share it with you. So, here it is.
for the next 40 shows, there will be a one-of-a-kind CC LP with a cover created for that specific show. Literally limited to one. Every idea we can think of has been kicked around over beers at Wild Rose but if you’d like to contribute your own cover ideas please feel free to email them to coldcraving@gmail.com. -A sweet pic of my birdflesh collection on front and back. No fucking tracklist/heaven.
Nardwuar Holds The LP Edition
- we send nardwuar a pic of the LP and get him to take a pic with it. Or I photoshop it into his hands. Whatever
Haunting The Chapel Stolen Edition
- I replace the words “haunting the chapel” with “Cold Craving” but leave “Slayer” there and put on cover.
Just A Million Pics Of Rod Edition

-pic of Jay Z holding LP and fapping
P-Far Anniversary Edition
- Penny Farthing anniversary edition, featuring a history of the penny farthing on the rear cover
Covered Up Korn Tattoo edition
- a pic of Burgers covered up korn tattoo on the cover
Much Ado About Sonki Edition
- I photoshop this pic to have nothing but Sonki faces and change the text to “Much Ado About Sonki” http://www.impawards.com/1993/posters/much_ado_about_nothing_xlg.jpg
Test Press Edition
-Front cover is pic of famous Test Press, like Rocket To Russia or something, back is simply a disclaimer that it isn’t a Ramones record, void void void
Sweepstakes Edition
-A sweepstakes ticket that grants the holder absolutely fucking nothing but a punch in the face
Crust Vest Edition
-cut out a little jean vest to fit the LP, draw dis-crust logos and put studs on it
